Every time I come here, I'm always happy with the service and drinks I get from the staff here. The ladies that work here are always friendly and a real joy to order from. I've never had an issue here, not once.
10+ stars on the service! I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely young lady, I purchased a red cup from the Year of the Horse collection. She was not only kind but was super friendly! I didn't catch her name but rest assured that your drinks are in good hands!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks due to an employee named Cara. She had a very negative attitude and was openly complaining about her job and speaking poorly about it in front of customers and coworkers. It made the environment uncomfortable and unprofessional. Her customer service was lacking—there was no friendliness, patience, or effort to provide a positive experience. I understand everyone has bad days, but this behavior should not be displayed in front of customers.
