Zero star if I could !
I am pregnant and came to this Starbucks this afternoon (because it was the closest store to where I was on the road and the quickest) and asked for an ice water. I was told I need to buy an item in order to ask for water. Clearly, if I stopped here for water it was with reason and not because I just wanted a cup of water. The gentlemen said their policies changed and he wasn’t able provide water. I ordered a lavender cream oat milk matcha, but when I picked up my drink, the cup was eighty percent filled with ice. When I complained, The server said that is how they make them, and they cannot change the rules. I visit Starbucks on a regular basis, but this time around I feel cheated.
Service was not friendly, atmosphere wasn’t welcoming… I love Starbucks, so much. But will not be returning to this location.
Worst Starbucks in Jacksonville, the customer service is garbage.I would rather stand in line at the DMV then go here again.
