The employee are so Rude with customer . They don’t know how to make coffee .i ask them can fix this they said you have pay .

I am pregnant and came to this Starbucks this afternoon (because it was the closest store to where I was on the road and the quickest) and asked for an ice water. I was told I need to buy an item in order to ask for water. Clearly, if I stopped here for water it was with reason and not because I just wanted a cup of water. The gentlemen said their policies changed and he wasn’t able provide water.
