Only allow Starbucks reusable cups, which no other Starbucks requires. Waste of plastic.
I'm visiting from Chattanooga, TN and have been to many different Starbucks. My experience here with James as my server was beyond exceptional! It was the best experience I have ever had anywhere! I can't rate the food because I only bought a drink, but based on what I saw, it has to be good, too. You need more people like James in Chattanooga!
The coffee is always dependable for taste and service.
When I was in there, they were more busy. Cleaning and stalking then waiting on the customer
