The curly headed blondish boy is very rude. When I was ordering my drink I changed my mind and he threw my cup!! He talked in a very rude tone as well. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I understand frustration but showing it to that level is unacceptable. I have been coming here for years but if this is the service this location is offering I will never be coming back.
It’s ridiculous how upset a food industry employee gets over someone changing their order before the drink had even been made. Not only did the boy with blonde hair throw the cup but the other employee just sat back and laughed. I expect better from Starbucks. Will not be coming back as long as they are there.
Every time I go they mess up my order, whether it's putting whipped cream on the wrong drink or just not making the drinks right. Their flavors are horrible and I swear the worst baristas work here. Drinks have little flavor and are extremely bitter, PSL tasted like a normal latte. If you want Starbucks, find one farther away.
Only allow Starbucks reusable cups, which no other Starbucks requires. Waste of plastic.
