Come here before work sometimes - today they decided to randomly add foam to my drink that I didn’t ask for and wasn’t on the sticker. When I went back in they did remake it. But honestly, I did call to speak to the manager. She argued with me on the phone about “oh it happens”. That’s not ok. It was an incredible experience from start to finish. I ordered two iced coffees. What I am assuming was the head barista (they were wearing a mask, so I assume they were hiding their identity because they are so popular) asked us not once, but twice how many Splenda packets did we need. What attentive service! Or maybe we could hear them with the mask on and the 198 decibal music playing throughout the "restaurant". There is too much emphasis placed on the internet and drive-thru orders! I waited in the lobby for an extended period. The most important customer is the one in front of you. Starbucks fails to grasp this concept. I have reached out to the CEO and have noticed zero improvement. It has become their culture.
