Honestly, the rudest customer service
Arrived around 11AM, saw the drive-thru line wrapped around the building — no big deal. Went inside, NO LINE, ordered ONE drink. I stood watching the barista so I could grab it and leave promptly. Fifteen minutes go by while mobile and DoorDash rolled out nonstop. My name was never called. Instead, I watched an employee hand my drink, with my name on it, to another customer’s wife, who immediately drank it, while saying, “hehe I have two, want another for free?” The customer happily took it — why wouldn’t they? — and again, ... read more
Management needs to wake up and get Ava off the drive thru. She constantly speaks over you and doesn’t give you two seconds to speak and order. Also included someone else’s order in mine. The one we all over the place. Was the weirdest and most awkward ordering experience ever. Then when I got to the window it wasn’t any better. She’s super short and rude. Not a great look for this location.
Great place to grab a quick breakfast and amazing coffee while I am working
