The barista would not stop talking to other employees who were on a break I guess. Had to wait all while she was done talking and laughing and hanging out with them without any sign of acknowledgement and rude even when taking the order and went right back to them placing the order on the table while not even saying if everything was ready.

I am generally a matcha addict. I always preferred to get iced matcha latte from starbucks but here in this cafe I really didn’t like the taste at all. It was too much of matcha powder not blended properly. Can do better

Worst store for reward promotion. While many other stores have been nice to all their (even) new customers to accommodate with the red cup promo, I’m a regular at Starbucks and didn’t get the basic benefit of a reward member. I placed a mobile order for a Caramel Brûlée Latte (holiday drink) at 8ish in the morning, came by to pick up and asked the lady/associate worked there if I can get the red cup as well.
