Ok since when did a customer that walks in to order their drinks become last priority??? The absolute WORST service this morning. I’d give zero stars if I could! We walked in. Being the only customers in the entire store were hardly greeted but with a we’ll be with you in a few minutes. One of the gals was refilling coffees and had her back to us the entire time. service is always slow, no urgency with drive thru.
if possible, i’d avoid. They are constantly backed up, orders via drive through take up to 10 min, and consistently get very simple orders incorrect. Additionally, you cannot redeem stars here so it’s just another hurdle. There are others close by that offer a better experience!
This Starbucks is absolutely terrible every single time. The last time I went through the drive thru, I was literally the first person in the drive thru line, and yet I did not leave for 18 full minutes. It was an unbelievably long wait time, and unfortunately this is normal for this location. I attempted to go in this morning to see if inside was better, but no. In their defense, they simply lack the training or they were really high. I noticed the signs but can’t be sure. I read the reviews before coming and it really happened to me as well. It was funny because they got both my orders wrong. Forgot the first order, messed up the 2nd order. Nothing against the staff. Management needs to step up.
