*UPDATE* WORST experience ever at a Starbucks. Online order is ALWAYS down at random times, especially in the morning. Cold brew is "sold out" on the weekends often by 9....no urgency when making order, awful priorities when it comes to making orders, and order is not even right. Honestly, don't understand how they keep this location up.
The servers didn't take my order correctly, despite my repeated explanations of my drink preferences. They should pay more attention to ensure accuracy.
Ordered a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and it’s so weak and so bitter it tastes like they mixed yesterday’s brewed coffee with ice water. It’s the worst drink I’ve ever gotten from a “Starbucks.” I’m actually baffled. Something went off the rails when the store changed ownership last month and it is no longer worth going here.
Went there for lunch was told that they don’t have food. The drinks don’t look like normal Starbucks drinks. And they don’t scan or take rewards. I asked about this and they said they are a licensed store so they can basically do what they want. Would not recommend drive a little further in either direction to a real store.
