A lot has been said about their coffee. I want to say something about the morning bites - very good. Grilled cheese sandwich is the real deal.
Nobody who works here is in any sort of rush so if you are looking for a coffee that takes 15 minutes to get, even with nobody in line in front of you, this is your place.
I’m extremely disappointed with the staff and the poor customer service I received. The level of attention and professionalism was far below what I expected. The staff was not helpful, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. This was a very frustrating experience, and based on the way I was treated, I would not recommend this place. Customer service needs significant improvement.
