I mobile-order from this Starbucks every morning, so my drink is usually ready by the time I arrive. Today, I waited 15 minutes after I got there with no update, only to find out after asking that the cold brew machine was broken and my drink was never going to come up. No one said anything, no sign was posted, and there was no communication until I approached the barista myself. I'm sorry this is the sorriest Starbucks I've ever been to. Even when the line is empty, they're taking forever and messing up drink orders. And if you're in a rush forget it, I was stuck in like for about 10 minutes..
