The Starbucks at grocery store in pavilion has serious customer service issue providing the customer with a joke of product generated by careless employee, he never greets customer and this is the only location that I asked for a large capuchino hot that taste it indescriptible so bad enough to put it in the trash can on the first sip, you need a better customer and product service here, I regret trying to come back to it, not to count on assisting my time waiting and money. I continuously have the best experiences with the baristas here. All of them have been great, but Chanelle especially is awesome. I hadn't been in this location in many months and when I walked in the other day she remembered my name and my exact order. And she's always super friendly and professional. My drinks are always made great.

It’s inside the grocery store the person who made my drink made it so how I could barely care it and it had oil in it. Prey slow location as well.

Their operations are broken. Ordered a sandwich and a drink on mobile order. The drink was ready but they forgot the sandwich and then proceeded to make 10 other hot items while I stood there waiting a long time. The girl running the food to the customers said she’d check on my order and didn’t come back to me while I stood there. They either need more people working there, more skilled employees or a new manager.

I went here a few weeks ago and had the best Caramel Frappuccino I’ve ever had. It was so good, I kept coming back to this specific location even though it’s not my closest Starbucks. There’s a barista here that is the Michael Jordan of Baristas. His name is Nico, and he needs a raise. I will be coming back here often.
