The staff are very pleasant and I love to see them each time I come in! I would have liked to tip them, but unfortunately they don’t allow tipping the staff, which I found upsetting as I’d like to express my gratitude for their hard work and kindness.
Stop handing me the card reader I’m not tipping for Starbucks. Starbucks pay your employees a living wage!
This is the second time I go around 7:30pm and staff if very rude and treating one as if they were doing you a favor, unfortunately 1 of the staff members a male one that is always rolling eyes was there last night second time I see him, first time he got mad at the cashier because she took our order and this time well I can assure he does NOT like working there, same attitude, cashier just stared at my daughter with this uncomfortable face and no greeting , absolutely no words came out of her mouth but here eyes were able t... read more
