My wife Hannah and I always love this fav place because it close by our house, and today she came in wit my kid and waiting for the food like 20mins and still didn't get it, but the people after her got their order 1st. She was so upset and I'm like really. So dissapointed for the 1st time!
I paid extra for matcha in my drink and got nothing but milk. I am very upset, I spend money to get Good drinks and service and instead receive this .
I’m sorry, but this is way too much ice for a shaken espresso. Drink finished in less than 5 minutes because there was so much. Not worth it.
Best staff ever ... so efficient, fast, and friendly..
