I’ve been trying to call this morning on 03.21.25 and a man answered name Quentin after I told him I wanted to speak to a manager on duty. He hung up on me. Always super friendly staff.
I ordered a cold brew with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and they got it wrong. Instead of an apology I got a lecture on how my order is different from the drink I was given. I'm like ok? You got it wrong the first time but right at the window so I'm obviously ordering correctly. They acted so confused by such a basic order. Just don't go here honestly.
