I was really disappointed with my iced matcha latte. It was overwhelmingly sweet, almost like drinking a cup full of sugar. I was hoping for a balanced, refreshing flavor, but this missed the mark entirely.
Horrible. I purchased a salted caramel cold coffee through the Starbucks app. My total was 7.92. I looked at my credit card app and they charged me 25.00. I called the number to the store listed on the app and it's disconnected. I guess since I was traveling ( they are located on concourse C in the Jacksonville International Airport) they figure they can overcharge passengers they may never see again. I love Starbucks, albeit quite pricey. I’m willing to pay the price because the iced coffee, expresso, hot coffee and specialty coffee is always made exactly right and tastes delicious every single time! This is quite unlike other coffee shops where you still pay a lot but never know what you’ll get. Thanks Starbucks
They didn't even try to fill the coffee cup. I got maybe 8/12 oz that I paid for
