The staff was pleasant but clearly didn’t know how to make their drinks properly, and decided to just wing it. I ordered a venti shaken espresso and what I got was a venti cup of milk with maybe a single espresso shot poured on top. The drink was almost pure white in color. They added some additional espresso when I asked them to correct it, but I still did not end up with what I ordered. I asked for a venti and received a half cup of tea! Very disappointed.
Good place for coffee lovers! Has good options for kids to aged people.
Stopped at Starbucks on Monday, May 11th and Friday, May 15th. On both occasions I had the same employee take my order. She quite honestly could be the most miserable person I have met behind a counter. She was not friendly, did not understand a routine order and made no effort to hide her bad attitude. Management should have a sit down with her about customer service. The drink was good!
