After months of not consistently having starbs, I went to this one on Yopp rd (5/15/25) Very annoying experience 100% directed at the company. I ordered AHEAD to pick up at drive through. I waited at least 15 minutes in the drive through line just to pick up my order not including the 10-15 I waited just to get to the mic box. When I finally got my order my drink was deliciously refreshing but my hot sandwich was cold. I had to go back into the store to get a fresh one and wait even longer. Fast and Friendly service!! And so excellent latte art!
Over priced burnt coffee,
The lady with the dark hair working the window right now that just looks at you with her mouth open was very rude. Asked for help ordering drink, not suggestive or helpful at all, basically pushing us along. my order was basically milk and she was gone as soon as she handed me my drink.
