Hands down the best Starbucks in Jacksonville!! They make my drink correctly every time and are the only Starbucks I will go to when possible because I know it'll be made correctly the first time!! The staff is so welcoming and always a joy 😊
Absolutely disgraceful to what starbucks stand for how the manager Ofelia handled herself. Nasty attitude, a rush of urgency to place my order when the store is empty and just opened made no sense to me. This will be the last time i order from this location. Absolutely no reason to treat a valued customer this way
