I come into this location about twice a week for the past 4 months to do work for an hour or so. Never have I ever had to wait about 20 minutes for one iced shaken espresso. This was today at 3:35 I ordered my drink and didn’t receive it until 3:55. The cashier was rude from the start telling me to go to the other Starbucks up the street because they were out of a certain drink instead of answering my question on the other syrups I can get. Well I don't eat Starbucks. I went to pick up a door dash order and they opened the window but I couldn't pick up the order cause they were closed for inclement weather . But they were working inside . I lost my delivery cause of them
