I'm writing this review because I had many challenging experiences with Ms. Ophelia's customer service. I'm disappointed that this seems to be a recurring issue, as noted by other reviewers. She is a valued member of the team, and I believe she has the potential to improve. I hope this can be addressed so that she can continue to be a positive presence for customers.
I like my cappuccino dry and they get it right.
I was there few minutes before they close today … and the girl there said we’re closed and refused to make me a drink!
