This Starbucks makes the nastiest drinks from hot to cold drinks I’ve given them a hand full of times to try and hope my next drink will be good nope never today was my last straw I ordered a caramel Frappuccino and it was disgusting, it was oddly warm fur a cold drink and all I tasted was the whip cream gross this place needs to be shut down or retrained never going to get a drink here ever again. I should request a refund because I threw it in the trash what a waste of money.
This service sucks, when they got my order wrong they got an attitude with me, and look at my like I was stupid or something and it taste horrible. And after they remade my drink they still made it wrong, and at that point I just wanted to go. NEVER GO HERE.
Negative customer service!! I ordered a regular hot coffee. One employee took my payment, and another handed me the coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee was almost cold when I received it. When I mentioned that the coffee was not hot, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue. I was simply looked at without any response. Worst experience, time and time again. Now I am super annoyed because I can't get a direct email to share. One run around after the other. This business obviously doesn't care about their business or the community it serves. Reading reviews about a barista that consistently is rude for over a year now. What are you doing? This is probably the worst Starbucks ever they are rude and just sit on there phones and don’t know how to make a drink they take forever I would not waist your time go to a different one.
