The cashier was super short with my husband for literally no reason. Can I just say, if you are handing someone the card reader and it asks for a tip, say outloud, "it will ask you if you want to leave a tip, NOT, it's going to ask a question "! Please change this policy!!!!!!!
The place was filthy, it had freaks at the counter
The gal at the window was extremely rude rolled her eyes at me and closed the window when I was tried to her my correct was not right.
I've been going to Starbucks for awhile and it's hit and miss. I just don't see how they want us to pay so much for a coffee and not even have the cup full. I understand they leave room for cream but I don't need 2 inches of cream in my coffee. This happens more than it should and it's getting a little ridiculous.
Downright Horrible disaster! Packed house of paying customers who waited well over an hour for a simple cup of coffee. Continued to take orders, knowing they couldn't meet the demand, which compounded the disgust for all who where waiting. Poor, poor management.
