Went through Starbucks the other day and I just want to say Beni was absolutely awesome! So friendly, I love this store .

Service very slow and they don't know how to make drinks properly. Baristas seem clueless unfortunately.
Just not a great experience for me this morning. No acknowledgement when I walked in. A barista was a foot away from me and did not say a word. I understand that Starbucks gets a lot of online orders, but how about y’all take a moment to take care of the walk in customers. I should not have wait long for an americano.
