I went into Starbucks to sit down and work on my computer and study a while. During that time I got a call and I wore my AirPods so I didn't disturb anyone. They had the music playing so loud, that even with the noise, cancellation features of the AirPod pros, I was still covering my ears, trying to carry on a decent conversation. If I wanted to go to a rock concert, I would go to a rock concert!! I've been shopping at this Starbucks for three years… Not anymore.
We come to this this starbucks multiple times per week as it is the most convenient but it is hit and miss. Sometimes the drinks are great, sometimes they are almost undrinkable or like today the cups will be half empty. I would of had them remake it had I of had the time, but I didn't. When you are paying so much for the drinks, but often get 1/2 - 3/4 of the cup, or can't drink it as they make it completely different tasting than it normally is, gets ridiculous. Definitely the only Starbucks location here for me. The location offers a very comfortable atmosphere and the staff is on top of things, top tier service!
