Waited at the counter for 10 mins and no one at work? Or they hiding in the back. I get your ovens are not working but you sell coffee as well.
Staff very slow because dont know how to work multiple orders quickly. Need better training. Obviously not their fault because they all worked same slow manner.
Ordering a venti drink without ice will yield a cup that is 2/3 full of product, literally, as the staff served it like this thinking that this was ideal. Also, there is no seating area and it took unusually long to get my order despite being the only customer at this location at the time I had placed my order. Really bad.
