I dont know why this Starbucks gets hate. The baristas are literally some of the nicest Starbucks workers I've ever met. It is in the target so its loud and sometimes a line but never more than a 5 minute wait. I get drinks here all the time and never had a problem. 10/10
The staff didn't acknowledge me for over five minutes. When she did, she mumbled and didn't make any eye contact. A second person decided to help customers at that point and the drink was good.
The baristas were so nice even though my rewards app wasn’t working and one of them drew a cute cat on my cup for my birthday :) made my whole day. Thank you!
I had my worst customer service experience ever with one of the baristas here. I ordered a double shot espresso with milk and less ice. The barista barely added any milk, and when I asked her to add more, she responded rudely and started laughing with the other barista right in front of me. Such a humiliating experience!
