I arrived at this Starbucks this morning. There was only one customer ahead of me, yet the service was unwelcoming. One barista stood behind the counter doing absolutely nothing—just standing there and watching. Another staff member deliberately acted like I wasn't even there. The experience was frustrating and disappointing. Based on this visit, I will not be returning.

This location has so much better service and quality with made-to-order items than the locations at 80 South Main Street and 421 East 400 South - both of which should be avoided if you value competence and friendly service.
