Jackie Mendoza was the most unprofessional person when it came to correcting my size on my drink. She got super angry took my Drink and headed towards the cashier practically started yelling at him for the mistake and proceeded to madly get change and throw things around while I waited for my drink to be corrected. I dont think ive ever had an experience like this, so embarrassing that my friend and i had such a bad experience 🤦♀️ the girl taking our order must have been having personal problems or someething, for her to be acting so rude to us!
It took over 20 minutes to get an iced peach tea. There were eight people working!!! I know they were busy but when seven people behind me get their drinks before me it is questionable at best. I asked why it was taking so long they told me because they take mobile orders too and there are hot drink specialists and cold drink specialists and they go in order. Whatever!!! I call that bad service!!
The staff is extremely unprofessional. I have been going to Starbucks on Gage for over ten years. It is like night and day. The young people here in the mall constantly chatter with each other and you as a customer feel like an interruption of their day. There is no pleasant greeting, the atmosphere is robotic. The Starbucks business model is to create a friendly familiar atmosphere you want to return to. Not here at the mall. The young lady was just plain rude!
