Jackie Mendoza was the most unprofessional person when it came to correcting my size on my drink. She got super angry took my Drink and headed towards the cashier practically started yelling at him for the mistake and proceeded to madly get change and throw things around while I waited for my drink to be corrected. It took over 20 minutes to get an iced peach tea. There were eight people working!!! I know they were busy but when seven people behind me get their drinks before me it is questionable at best. I asked why it was taking so long they told me because they take mobile orders too and there are hot drink specialists and cold drink specialists and they go in order. Whatever!!! I call that bad service!!
