Steer clear of Cynthia. She belligerently doesn’t make my drink correctly , MULTIPLE TIMES. Probably does this to others as well. Today she proceeds to make my drink wrong AGAIN & then laughs about it . So I am now convinced she did it on purpose . She really should not be in customer service .
Ordered three hot teas with honey and one canned drink. The store wasn’t busy, but the service felt rushed, and I had to ask for a drink carrier despite having four drinks. Sharing this for awareness and improvement.
Ordered online waited 15 minutes to go pick up one drink. I show up in the store. I am not greeted by anyone friendly and my drink is not even ready. Terrible customer service. I wish I grabbed the employees' name
2 year update review: love this store, they keep it clean despite being busy. I was served my coffee, for here, in a ceramic mug. Definitely S tier. Big move by this store.
