I stopped by the Starbucks for the first time in about 6 months. The last time I made a post, my complaint was that I went inside and had to wait over 20 minutes before I received my drinks, while everybody in the drive-through was being served. I am very pleased that Starbucks recognized my concern about my issue and fixed it this time. I ordered inside and it was very speedy. I got my drink and my service within 5 minutes. I really appreciate that Starbucks. Thank you.

This is my closest Starbucks so I frequent it a lot for convenience. As of now, I'd rather drive a little further for my daily coffee. They mess up my drink every other time I come and today they took almost 20 minutes for 3 drinks in the drive thru! We pulled up to the drive thru at 5:16 and didn't get my drinks until 5:35 was sitting at the drive thru window for at least 15 mins out of the 20 and watched my 2 drinks sit there while they made other drive thru orders ahead of ours until they finally made our last drink. I buy a large chai latte but they gave me medium deductions a large chai latte and one banana nut loaf….Bad Experience
