Clean friendly and helpful girls
Not well experienced
Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. My pregnant wife entered to order a drink and urgently needed to use the restroom, but staff refused access until her purchase was completed. Denying a pregnant customer basic restroom access over a transaction shows a lack of empathy and professionalism. Customer care should come before rigid policy enforcement. I expect management to review this incident and reinforce higher service standards.
