Ordering and receiving our drink from the drive thru took forever.
One star for the service rendered by the young man. My kid wanted to have a drink and we went to the counter and ordered it. Since we didn’t have the app or our name was never taken, we were waiting in the lobby for our order. When we looked at the takeout counter there was a drink sitting there for sometime. Very disappointing experience. I tried to order five drinks at the drive-through, and the employees refused to serve me. Their attitude was rude, and they even told me I was no longer welcome because we often place larger orders. I work at a nearby restaurant, and our staff regularly orders Starbucks together, which is why the orders are bigger. Instead of appreciating the business, the staff acted annoyed and refused service. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.
Today I came for drinks, went to the drive thru and ordered 5 drinks and two desserts, to which they replied that we can't sell you drinks at the drive thru, go inside because there are "too many" drinks and desserts, I refused to go inside, they started talking rudely to me and interrupting me when I was talking, they somehow gave me my order for what I received so that I would never come to their establishment again, this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, and they don't care about the customer, such employees sim... read more
