Labor Day Monday. There were 8 associates in the store, only about 3 customers drinking in- and 1 car in the drive thru. As opposed to Labor Day weekend Sunday, stopped at Joliet Starbucks on route 59. There were 34 customers in the store and only 4 associates- with the drive thru deep with 9-10 cars 🚗. Service there as you can imagine was a tad bit stalled. I waited 31 minutes for my coffee ☕️😴😎

Go to any other location but this one! Today was the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I stopped to get a which chocolate mocha, and again, it tasted really off! Like as if they are making their coffee with old dirty dish water. I don’t know how else to describe the taste other than it’s similar to the smell of an old dirty sink sponge. Not sure if they’re just not cleaning their machines so it’s mold that’s causing the bad taste, if it’s the products they’re using but it’s really really bad.
