Ordered an iced macchiato online from this location today via DoorDash. I got a cup of milk instead you can tell there’s not an ounce of espresso in this drink, this defeats the purpose of ordering a caffeine drink let alone a macchiato. Thursday 7am. i ordered a coffee and asked for no cinnamon powder because I AM ALLERGIC to it. Then when it was made, i saw brown powder on top of the foam. I asked if this is cinnamon powder and if it is, im sorry im allergic - girl looked at me like i wasted her time and remade it without a single word and made me the most laziest and tasteless brownsugar SHAKEN ESPRESSO WITH barely any VANILLA FOAM ON TOP. Paid almost $8.50 for this shitty drink. Thanks the girl with the glasses.
Extremely high music volume. Nobody can sit there and work after buying coffee. The manager is not seeing why they increase the volume?
I wasn’t going to make a review but I’ve had two orders in a row that have not been up to par. I order my drink online at multiple different stores and I’ve never complained. But when ordering here yesterday my venti drink was 3/4 ice, I maybe got 10 good sips out of it. Then today I ordered and why is two inches of my drink missing when I didn’t say light ice, etc??
