I’ve been standing here 20 mins for one drink, One iced coffee
Order was ready in an accepatvle amount of time. No drizzle on top of the whip cream on my java chip fram. Disnt call me my name when they put my drink on the counter. But it was slightly busy see picture.
If this were my store I would want to know my lazy, soon to not be employees, we’re telling customers the ovens were down because they didn’t want to have to clean them.
I would love the manager to reach out to me about the horrible experience I just went through.
