Everything that can go wrong did. Messed up food order, didn't put the green things in the cup slot so it spilled and burned my hand, put ice in the coffee we didn't ice in, marked the cup with soy BEHIND the holder so we couldn't see it. Go to another Starbucks. Not this one.
People in drive thru were very unprofessional. I will never return. You should be ashamed to hire such employees. I did not purchase anything.
