Enjoyed my coffee
Ordered a regular coffee and it took close to 30 minutes. When I asked the manager he loudly and with an attitude asked if I wanted a refund. I just replied no, I just want my coffee I ordered a while ago and I see people after me getting their orders. Definitely not an example of Starbucks service there... Very disappointed with the service and treatment.
The crew yesterday, Aug 15, around 3:30pm in concourse C was terrible! The drip coffee was lukewarm and trying to get someone’s attention to refill the half & half on the bar took 3 tries and some glares that I had interrupted their personal conversation. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store at the time. Only one employee stepped up to help willingly. The others didn’t move and clearly wanted me to go away. If they can’t be bothered to help customers for 15 seconds, they shouldn’t be paid to work!
The C25 location is newer than the location over in D but far slower and more disorganized. Three people working this morning(one on register, one on food, one on drinks) should be enough to run a location this size but it wasn't working today. The woman making drinks took almost 2 minutes to prep a single drink and was so behind she was completely ignoring the cold drinks(almost a dozen tags) and only doing hot drinks. I pre ordered to try and save time. I got there asked if I could change my order since it was set for 15-20 minutes out. "No we don't do that. The tickets come out when they come out." Ok, I stand aside to wait. 15 minutes later my sandwich comes out. 5 minutes later, I ask about my coffee. "It's getting made." 5 minutes after that, my coffee is ready, top not on, I grab it and it spills. Cold sandwich Coffee spill Cool, cool Lackadaisical at best.
