One of the slowest Starbucks that I’ve been..
I love this starbucks in the grand prairie mall location I have been going there for years I love it yes thay have had alot of workers come and go and a couple mangers have come and gone but I feel at home when I go im not a coffee person but I do love the frapps its always quite but stays pretty busy with it being in the mall every one there is veary friendly and also veary helpful I strongly recommend this location
Poor service! Super slow! Been for over 15 mins, and still waiting for my order.
If I could give this a 0 I would. Karen was very disrespectful and had lots of attitude. She stated and I quote, “ where were these people 2 hours ago”, while rolling her eyes. Granted the store didn’t close for another hour. She continued to make remarks, laugh and giggle with her coworker as she stared and gave dirty looks to people coming in and out of the store. I will never return to this Starbucks and I hope this reaches corporate!
I was there shopping with a friend and I went in to get a passion iced tea and the lovely woman who was working there around 3pm she had glasses on was one of the sweetest humans ever! She wrote a wonderful note on my cup and greeted every customer walking in while also thanking those who were leaving. SHES A KEEPER! She is super hospitable and I’m truly grateful for her service.
