I was there shopping with a friend and I went in to get a passion iced tea and the lovely woman who was working there around 3pm she had glasses on was one of the sweetest humans ever! She wrote a wonderful note on my cup and greeted every customer walking in while also thanking those who were leaving. SHES A KEEPER! She is super hospitable and I’m truly grateful for her service.
Service was quick and made exactly the way I asked.
Went in to get 2 cold coffees and 3 pastries. Pastries came out fast and warm Waited for about 15 mins for my order, and when it did arrive, both were wrong , with all the flavor at the bottom. They did have a nice inventory of Starbucks merchandise. Glad I'm just passing by because this Starbucks isn't it for me.
They got the drink size wrong, and when I asked them to remake it, all they did was pour it into a different cup and throw in a bunch of ice. Totally unacceptable and disrespectful. This is not how you fix a mistake.
Cashier was rude. I patiently waited to place my order as she competed another. After I placed my order i sat and waited as she began making mine. Another customer came in and she stopped making my order, took HIS order and immediately made and completed his order before even finishing mine! WHY??? Why couldn't he wait just as I did??? This was extremely rude
