I ordered on mobile order this morning. It said it'll be done in 5 we got there in 15 minutes. Our drinks were about 20 minutes late. When my husband went inside to pick it up the barista insisted that I didn't purchase multiple drinks, telling my husband hell have to pay again for his drink and there's nothing in the system. A customer overheard and decided to insert himself into the conversation saying just pay there's no need to be rude to the barista.
