I visit this store at least 3 days per week and I can attest that the staff is always caring and courteous. They are located inside a hotel and sometimes without any warning they get a huge amount of customers at once and of course it can delay the service since they cannot keep extra baristas on their pockets to be used at those times. The black man with the dreads made the best matcha latte I’ve had from Starbucks
Had coffee here everyday during the stay at the hotel, they make great coffees, and people work there are extremely nice! The reason I say that because today after I checked out the hotel, I sat at the corner reading on my iPad for hours while waiting for my husband to go get our rental car. I did not know this Starbucks closes at 1pm on Saturdays, and people worked there were so nice they never came to bother me even I was the one there to bring inconvenience to them to close their shop on time. It's honestly despicable, and extremely FRUSTRATING at how painfully SLOW this store is. 15 min wait times?? All I wanted was a muffin! One person ahead of me, no one behind me. And I'm waiting 10-15 mins to finally order. People have been walking out because it's so slow. It's been like this for years. This is completely unacceptable and needs to change.
