This was the worst Starbucks experience I have had. I usually like Starbucks, but I would not recommend this location. I placed a pickup order for a matcha and a sandwich. I arrived nine minutes after the estimated pickup time, but the order was still not ready. When I asked about it, the barista initially insisted that I must have ordered from another location. Very cozy patio sitting available outside of the store on the second floor bridging buildings where you can sit and sip the best matcha latte this spot has to offer.
Literally the slowest Starbucks you will ever go to. If the app gives you a time, expect another 15 minutes on top of that to get your coffee. There is no urgency from staff. I hate complaining, but get your coffee at a shop down the street. It will be a lot quicker.
