Literally the slowest Starbucks you will ever go to. If the app gives you a time, expect another 15 minutes on top of that to get your coffee. There is no urgency from staff. I hate complaining, but get your coffee at a shop down the street. It will be a lot quicker.
I'd give this place a zero if I could. We ordered a Mocha no whip and a venti Americano. Picked up the order and walked back to our Air BnB. The Mocha was straight up Hot chocolate. Nothing else. The Venti Americano tasted like regular coffee out of a warming pot. Avoid this spot at all costs.
This location does not support veterans with veterans day coffee, despite app notifications.
Update: It's been a year since I posted my first review, and it's way worse with slow service. PLEEEEEEEEEEEEASE speed up service! Lines and wait for simple orders take entirely too long. Waiting 15 mins just to buy two banana loaves is ridiculous. Movement is too slow prepping and getting pastry orders. People literally walk out after 10-15 mins of waiting. PLEASE fix this.
