Unfriendly staff. Slow. No names on food items so customers are left to negotiate among themselves for who takes food items as they slowly get distributed. Staff does not call out names for drinks (but at least they have the names stuck to the drinks, unlike the food.) Go to the other Starbucks a few blocks away.
A standard Starbucks in terms of quality of the coffee and food but service is bad. During my visit, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich by saying the full name but the cashier claims I said the impossible breakfast sandwich. Normally I would let it slide but when I brought it up, she was so rudely adamant about me ordering the impossible sandwich. Never knew that sausage egg and cheese sounds the same as impossible.
