Good service, but my coffee decided to take a creative detour.
I had a really unpleasant experience here. I asked for an iced espresso, and one of the women behind the counter looked at her coworker, smiled, and then walked away without saying anything. After I finished placing my order, she laughed again. The interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. It made me very uncomfortable, and I couldn’t help but feel like I was being mocked. I hope the staff can be reminded to treat all customers with professionalism and basic courtesy.
This is what my cold foam looked like literally seconds after ordering…. Very disappointed the quality is bad. Usually there is a nice layer of cold foam. It costs extra so have just this layer for an extra cost is terrible….
The only thing I'm disappointed in. My large strawberry acai had all ice and strawberries and not a lot of juice. Make sure you ask for lite ice otherwise you will get all ice and strawberries. Lulu the manager stated that that's how they are suppose to make the drink. That's a rip off. She wouldn't offer me another drink free only giving me 1/2 off another drink.
