The service here is horrible. Every time I order they always forget a drink. The guy I talked to is always rude and talks to customers with disrespect, he said he’s the manager. And this time I went my cup was half full.
I came here on Friday night with my mother. We ordered two matchas, one hot and one iced. We were the only customers there but we had to wait about ten minutes for our drinks to be ready We were in the drive thru and we could see two employees laughing loudly and being unprofessional while we were waiting When our drinks were finally ready my mother tried hers and said there were chunks of unblended matcha powder in her drink When we got home she poured the drink out in the sink and found this huge chunk of matcha powder in ... read more
