Been to this location a handful of times. It’s constantly the worst bucks I’ve ever been to. Drinks are made poorly and the staff couldn’t care less
I came through the drive-thru today (03/06/26) around 3:20 PM. The employee had trouble hearing my order, so I repeated that I wanted a grande mango dragonfruit with no ice and no dragonfruit pieces. When I got to the window, the drink was incorrect. I politely asked if it could be fixed with the dragonfruit syrup but still without the pieces. A dining room for “partners” only!!! I wanted to sit and enjoy a coffee and croissant…. I can…. IN MY CAR. Dine in take out or delivery… hmmmm
Every time I come here I stay more than 20 minutes in line at the drive trhu. Unacceptable.
They changed this Starbucks location a couple of months ago. Ever since the change the service, quality and over experience of this Starbucks location has been horrible. I never leave 1 star reviews but for this location I must.
