I think the pecan crunch oatmeal latte needs to be renamed. I keep getting iced and its so frustrated when I'm not picking it up to get it fixed. I order the hot one and get iced. Ugh

I had an awesome experience this morning at this particular Starbucks. I met spell her name wrong, Rihanna served me today and she blessed my spirit. I needed to feel special today because I have more than a few things going on and she went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional customer service. She deserves a raise in please. I have the most chaotic nursing class schedule today. Thankfully, the exceptional Starbucks crew in Mansfield on Broad St is accommodating me by letting me do class in their lobby!!! Antoine the manager is absolutely amazing and kind!!! The barisata Nadine whom i interacted with the most made my rough morning turn around..... plus I can't forget all the others that I dont know their names currently are just the kindest people ever!!!!! Yall rock!!!!! You don’t have a clue how that little bit of kindness made my day ☺️!!!!
