Staff was wonderful and the coffee was amazing.

I had a shocking customer service experience at this Starbucks during Red Cup Day. I ordered a signature hot chocolate, which is clearly shown on Starbucks’ official holiday drink list. When I asked for the red cup, the first barista immediately told me my drink “wasn’t a holiday item” and insisted I had to order “peppermint hot chocolate.” When I pointed at the store’s holiday menu, she dismissively said, “I didn’t write that menu and it’s not my job to tell you it’s not qualified.” I pulled up the Starbucks website to show... read more
