Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered my drink at 12:15 through Grubhub and was told it would be ready at 12:56. When I got there, it wasn’t ready, so I waited. After some time, I asked about it and was told they were out of the milk I originally ordered. I said 2% was fine and continued waiting. By 1:30, I watched the employee throw my cup away. I normally did not leave reviews but this might be the worst Starbucks I ever visit. I ordered the Frappuccino but they are running out of straws without any notice. They just gave me a weird face when I asked. Furthermore, lots of big ice cubes inside. I should read other reviews first and save my money for not coming
Don’t order ahead. You’ll wait 30 minutes for a subpar drink. Baristas prioritize in house orders. Save your money and your time and go to the location at Grand/Forest Park Parkway.
If you want to wait 35 minutes for the wrong drink, this is your place. Somehow takes half an hour for them to make your drink even though there is no one else in the store.
