I normally did not leave reviews but this might be the worst Starbucks I ever visit. I ordered the Frappuccino but they are running out of straws without any notice. They just gave me a weird face when I asked. Furthermore, lots of big ice cubes inside. I should read other reviews first and save my money for not coming
Don’t order ahead. You’ll wait 30 minutes for a subpar drink. Baristas prioritize in house orders. Save your money and your time and go to the location at Grand/Forest Park Parkway.
If you want to wait 35 minutes for the wrong drink, this is your place. Somehow takes half an hour for them to make your drink even though there is no one else in the store.
None of our 3 drinks was made correctly. When questioning baristas, she stated they were out of items and just made the drink other ways. So hot white chocolate was made iced, refresher was made without lemonade.
