Bad service always close early
This was $7?! When I saw $7 I was expected a hell of an iced coffee. Never again!

I am writing to express my astonishment and disappointment at the behavior of Cheryl, an employee at your establishment. During my recent visit, I ordered a hazelnut mocha, extra hot, from Shelly, who consistently provides excellent customer service.
