It says open, but they closed 4pm.
Do not go here! They accepted an online order but don’t have espresso! Which means they can’t make most of their drinks. Then you have to go to the Harris Teeter customer service desk to get a refund…and guess what? They can’t find the price you paid…neither can the Starbucks cashier! It was a chaotic mess. I can see why this location is going out of business

You’ll be lucky if you find someone behind the counter during regular hours. Even luckier if they have the actual ingredients to make your drink. Harris Teeter Customer Service employee was rude when I asked if the Starbucks was open after waiting 15mins for someone. Just rude all around.
