Routinely, there is no one behind the counter when they are open, and I come here regularly. I have to go to the Harris Teeter Customer Service and they page the employee. Then I wait 10 or more minutes.
Terrible experience! Barista was on the phone all the time. She was rude and even didnt say hello or thank you.
—okay, I’m not even going to say anything.— The reason why I put this is because I came (when it was literally open) and (all I wanted was a matcha latte) and then after seeing him, he literally just stared at me for a second (like, what was I supposed to know) and then he just said “closed.” Yeah, that ruined my day.
