I am so sick of this place. Every single morning they get my drinks wrong and it’s not that hard. I get a caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch at the bottom and EVERY single time they make it wrong. They put either a ridiculous amount of whipped cream or caramel syrup. Like honestly how lazy do you have to be. And on top of it they charge me extra for the crunch. I’m so pissed because it’s LITERALLY EVERY morning. I really like this Starbucks — the drinks are always on point, and the staff are friendly and fast inside. The only downside is the drive-thru setup. There are no clear markings or signs to guide the line, so cars often end up blocking the road and parking lot entrances. A few times I’ve had to sit and wait or even hop a curb just to get out.
