I’m not the person to write reviews about stores/restaurants unless I am really impressed with their service! I have been coming here for about a month since I started my new job and every week just seems to get worse. I refuse to bring my hardworking money and service here! Not sure the name of the female (Asian) who workings mornings 4 am crew. She just seems to have such a bad attitude and the coffee is just awful every time she makes it. I don’t usually take the time to leave a review but this place left a bad impression about Starbucks in general.I went in and waited at the counter to make my order but I was never acknowledged or asked if I wanted one therefore I did not have a coffee. It seems like this place only serves people of a certain class or race, I didn’t know you need to have a light skin tone or wear a suit and tie to have a coffee here. Big difference from Dutch.
Ordered my mobile food at 5:10 am. I come in to pick it up at 5:30 for me to be told to wait another 10 minutes because the oven is taking a while to heat up. With all the money and business Starbucks takes from us you would think they would have a better oven? Idk maybe come in a bit earlier to prepare the oven. I seen many cars drive through the window just to be told the same. Losing business that way..….… ladies up front seem nice though………….
