AWFUL service
Everytime I go here they are always short on staff. Most of the employees do not know how to make drinks. I have purchased multiple drinks from this location, and everytime it is not done properly. Staff needs to be trained. I recommend only getting refreshers from this location.
I waited in line, when it was my turn the counter girl was in a bad mood. If she doesn’t like her job, time to find another one, specially when she has to work serving people.
We received our order, but the staff refused to warm up the sandwiches because the oven was turned off — not broken, just turned off. When we asked about it, the response was extremely rude, especially from the woman working there. Very disappointing service and lack of basic courtesy.
