I don’t usually respond to reviews, but I want to be clear about something: I recently lost my partner to suicide, and adjusting to that reality has been the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through. This isn’t about asking for sympathy — it’s a reminder that you never really know what someone is living with, and that’s why it’s important not to demonize people so quickly. I had a really bad experience at this Starbucks. The service was not only slow, but the customer service made it even worse. The drive-thru worker, Deeje, was extremely disrespectful to me. Instead of being polite or friendly, she looked at me with a blank, uninterested expression and made several sarcastic, snarky comments.
