Visited the location on Sunday for coffee, lemonade, and hot chocolate. Despite three employees present, the service was subpar. The impression was that staff had not stocked the establishment before opening or after closing, leaving it unprepared for customer needs. As a Starbucks customer, I expect the Starbucks standard of service, not that of Harris Teeter.
I REALLY want to like this Starbucks, as it’s the closest one to me and extremely convenient. I can’t get past the fact that not only is it the slowest moving staff (although they’re friendly enough) I’ve ever come across, but I’m not sure that any grade “A” employees work here (or B for that matter). I ALWAYS enjoy my Starbucks here. Some of the nicest baristas EVER. Angel, Phillip, and Paige, ALWAYS make it an awesome drink. Forever grateful!!
