STARBUCKS WORKER HOPE LICKED MY DRINK LID!!!!!! when ordering at the Starbucks, I requested a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. when waiting for the drink at the pick up counter, we watched Hope hold the drink in one hand with a lid in another. Everyone should be warned this is one of the fake Starbucks in a grocery store. Shame on Google Maps
Visited the location on Sunday for coffee, lemonade, and hot chocolate. Despite three employees present, the service was subpar. The impression was that staff had not stocked the establishment before opening or after closing, leaving it unprepared for customer needs. As a Starbucks customer, I expect the Starbucks standard of service, not that of Harris Teeter.
