The area at the register could use a good clean. The pinpad is covered in food, drink and coffee grounds. I know this location can get super busy, but a little pride in the already small customer service area goes a long way.
I watched the lady make my drink and she didn’t put caramel in my drink. I asked when she was done is there Carmel she said yes but I know there isn’t because the taste and just watching her! She was also extremely rude.
Love this Starbucks in HT. Friendly staff. Convenient. They do it right.
