I ordered a mocha caramel frappe. The young lady who took my order asked if a wanted drizzle which I replied no to the drizzle. She delivered my order through the window and there was no whip cream. No drizzle DOES NOT mean no whip cream. I tried to give her the opportunity to correct the order by waving my hand and honking my horn to get her attention, but I was ignored. Highly disappointed in the level of service by the drive thru staff today at 4:30pm
UPDATE: Yeah, they can’t make a Brown Sugar Oatmeal Shaken Espresso properly any more. I foolishly continued to frequent this location, giving chance after chance. I get the same drink DAILY. I KNOW what it is supposed to taste like, look like, and how much ice it should have. I CONSTANTLY get cups CRAMMED with ice-to the point I can’t even stir them.
