I walked in with my service dog and the young lady at the register told me that animals are not allowed in their store. Even though there is a sign on the window that says service animals are welcomed. So, I kindly told her that my dog is a service dog but I will refuse to order at this starbucks. NEVER AGAIN
Just walked out of this Starbucks, no line no customers not busy at all, 45 minutes before they close, asked for a Verona, said they couldn’t do it… Asked for the manager said she wasn’t here. The lead was taken care of things… And said no. how lazy do you have to be to work at a Starbucks…? worst Customer Service experience at any Starbucks.
I have to agree with 2 previous negative reviews.Picked up an order today at drive through and items missing. When I then went into store (big inconvenience due to disability) I stood at the counter for quite some time with about 7 employees behind counter and only 3 appeared to be busy.
