Ordered a venti strawberry refresher with light ice, there was about 6 inches of ice in my cup by the time I was finished (filled to the top line). Not sure if it was because they were running low on the strawberry base or not but I saw the barista top off the drink with ice to make it look full. I finished my drink before I made it to the freeway. Very disappointed.

That lady was extremely disrespectful all I asked was for cup of ice and she was very rude she said I have to purchase something just for cup of ice are you kidding me I want the corporate office number immediately I'm disabled and it's hot out here I want to talk to someone right now I'm very upset cup of ice should be free I'm extremely angry
