Women that work here are very rude one of them made a mistake on my drink and was a simple fix but was very snobby about it and they all pretty much talked smack under there breath after the fact like I couldn’t hear them. Place should re consider on hiring better people but will never come here again.
I placed an order at 4:31 AM, and the app gave me the option of how I wanted to pick it up. I chose to pick it up inside the restaurant since it’s faster and I don’t have to wait in the drive-thru line. But when I arrived around 4:35 AM, the restaurant was closed. Fine, I picked it up through the drive-thru window, but it’s funny that the worker told me next time I should go straight to the drive-thru because the inside is still closed. My coffee was half empty and they wouldn’t fill it up. Such a rip off.
I just don't like any Starbucks. Nothing personal. I rather have Dutch Bros. ✌️
