Tay is an absolute sweetheart and knows how to delight a customer. A+ customer service skills, she deserves a raise.

This is probably the worst of the Starbucks in the area when it comes to following instructions and orders. You ask for something simple like a "red eye" they don't know what that is. You tell them a "nitro cold brew" they only hear the words cold brew. I've been more than patient with these ladies working the counter but when I correct them on my order they get upset at me for their small and normally would be over looked mistake.
2/3 items ordered either missing or wrong with no solutions or refund offered. mobile order took almost 30 minutes to get AFTER the time the order was supposed to be ready, and in person orders placed after the mobile orders were completed first. staff is incredibly unhelpful and work extremely slowly. one employee was biting his nails/had his hand in/near his mouth and proceeded to make food/drinks without washing hands or using gloves. very disappointed.
