I had a great experience, I came in around 5 and received excellent service from a worker named Jay, great customer service inside and made sure I was satisfied before I left.
Friendly staff
Worst service. I couldn’t get free ice water today because my purchase was yesterday
In line for 8 minutes for my drink when I was the front of the line the entire time. Then my drink tasted like milk with no espresso when I politely said something to the lady at the window she refused to fix it told me espresso was in it. Was never given a receipt attendant at window name was RaRa or something.
