Stopped by this Starbucks on South Cooper and had a great experience. The store was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The seating area and counter were well-maintained, and everything looked stocked and ready despite being a busy location. The young lady working the window today 6/14 @5:30am was amazing!! I stopped going to the location on west randol mill because the guy in the mornings is so rude and gives me a cup full of ice always complains “your ordering components to a drink not an actual drink” doesn’t call my name out when I order inside and the list goes on so I started taking the extra drive to come here instead before work and everyone has been amazing. Thank you ladies!!!
The staff who is working in this starbucks is very rude Nd they dont know how to talk with the customers, how to make the drink. And if we go and ask what they did she is telling that we have to know about the standards. Before hiring such people make sure they trained well first atleast how to take care of the customers nd let them know their STANDARDS FIRST.
