This is by far the SLOWEST Starbucks there is! Every time I come through the drive thru I wait 15+ mins for a a simple order. They need to really get it together. A drive thru shouldn’t take that long. Not to mention most of the time I’m missing the extra toppings I add to my drinks, yet pay for. Really disappointed in the service, quality, and timing here at this location!
Very friendly staff and they make my drink right every time.
Reese‘s are friendly, but I have to say every single time I go here they get my drink wrong. I asked for the same thing every time a caramel cappuccino. This time they gave me a Frappuccino. The time before they gave me hazelnut. My husband sometimes takes a couple of sips out of my drink if he doesn’t order one and he is highly allergic to hazelnut.
