This location is AWFUL. You mess up everything. ALWAYS. Multiple visits and its wrong. You would think for the price you'd have competent people. Awful
Manager was really mean to their trainees and staff, their system went down with no fault of their own and the servers did a great job to compensate for the difficulty. Great service from the workers, it was awful hearing the manager berate her employees like that.
This is the hands down worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. I split my time between Houston and Tampa and come to South Carolina to visit my daughter and this specific Starbucks is incompetent. Every time I order from here it’s wrong. Order an iced espresso it’s hot order a hot one it’s iced, they won’t put the correct food item in the bag….EVER! I recently left this Starbucks and let me tell you I was happily surprised by the amazing service! The two girls, who I believe were named Joselyn and Cheyenne gave me a great recommendation. I will always come back to this Starbucks! 10/10 recommend.
This is the best one I've been to in town. They don't mess up, and they're friendly.
