Once again… went through the drive thru and ordered a venti iced Dubai chocolate matcha with very light ice and the barista didn’t make it as ordered. I returned it just to receive the same cup with syrup all over the inside of the cup with light ice but all stirred up because the barista only dumped the ice out and filled the cup… so it wasn’t a layered drink like I get from all the other Starbucks… learned my lesson not returning to this location again

The girl Audrey waiting in Starbucks needs to be taught customer service. She was just gabbing and taking her time with other patrons before me. I was looking at her and she walks to the counter to give me a stare and I asked her what then she walked away. I had to way another 10 minutes for her to wash the dishes. Bad customer service!!!!!
Horrible service from Lydia. Was on the phone the whole time when grabing thing she would throw them. I get we all have bad days but you can tell she is just not happy performing her job. Maybe she should find a job that she actually enjoys. No need to be rude when no one is being rude. First and last time I will be visiting this location.
