No one here to help customers at 10:14am... Person ahead of me waiting left. Looks closed and frontend cashier/manager said they had a call out and they're trying to get someone over there. Not waiting any longer. There was no "long wait time", there was no employees working the Starbucks area. No employees behind the counter or anywhere near the counter. All signs were off, no illumination or lights on, like Starbucks booth was closed and never opened!
I asked the Latina looking girl who is very timid, for light ice and she didn’t let the coffee guy know of it after I reminded her multiple times. She needs to find another job or learn how to work at a Starbucks. Honestly the worst Starbucks experience ever. Swap the Latino girl out. The Asian guy was nice to enough to remove ice from my coffee after the girl failed to inform him of light ice.
Quick lil visit and this location accepts EBT for cold drinks and snacks!
