I come in a lot, and the employees are never there. Only Kari is working all the time by himself for hours while his backups refuse to come in because they just don’t feel like it. Starr is always late, makes gross drinks, and i heard from other baristas that she always is an no show. Female manager here is horrible. Seems to not know what she is doing.. seems too busy with other co workers and distracted Someone needs to fix this bc it’s not the first time

Costumer service here was absolutely terrible. Nobody greets you while at the counter. The register employee, Dylan, didn't acknowledge the line with a "hi welcome" or anything. While ordering he just waits til you tell him what you want instead of ask. Didn't tell me my total nor did he repeat my order back before charging. Then when I received my order my pastry was cold and my blonde vanilla latte tasted like warm milk. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to
